Leeds Festival 2022 is finally here with thousands of festival-goers heading to Bramham Park today.

This weekend, there will be headline performances from Arctic Monkeys, Dave, Megan Thee Stallion, The 1975, Halsey and Bring Me The Horizon. There will also be a host of other big names playing across the stages at the festival site.

Alex Beresford, the weather presenter on ITV's Good Morning Britain, has been spotted at Leeds Festival hanging out with punters and taking selfies.

A woman that works for a charity that aims to help those in need at Leeds Festival has said that two men came to her last night after their tent was burnt down in the early hours of the morning.

In the video below she explains that "everything that they had was gone" and the charity - Festival Angels - responded by giving them a tent, sleeping bags and a mat. She said: "They were very sad but hopefully they'll cheer up once they've had some sleep."

Our reporter said that the Bad Boy Chiller Crew set at Leeds Festival ended abruptly, leaving fans confused.

While our reporter said that the crowd was "dead" at Bad Boy Chiller Crew, the pictures sent back showed that the Bradford crew brought out a large crowd to their set and that some took the chance to get on their friends' shoulders.

Our reporter Megan Banner said she felt that the crowd was "dead" though, saying: "When I’ve seen them before the crowd went mad for it but this time people just stood still."
