The LB200 IC countertop batch freezer features a one-piece beater. The full-size unit can freeze 2.8 quarts to 5.3 quarts of liquid mix and can produce up to 14 gallons of ice cream per hour, according to the maker. An adjustable electronic consistency control aids with product uniformity with varying batch loads.

The 2 PLUS uses the programmable automatic repeat function, so recipes can be preset to operate repeatedly with over-pressure. The unit enables chefs to micro-puree fresh, deep-frozen foods without thawing to produce mousses, ice creams, and sorbets or soups, sauces and fillings. The process preserves aromas, natural colors and nutrients in ready-to-serve portions, per the maker.

Flavor Burst allows operators to dispense up to eight flavors of soft-serve ice cream from one spout. The product’s assembly installs onto a Stoelting freezer’s spout and the syrup lines. To work the system, operators use a 10-inch color touch panel. The unit applies striped flavors to the outside as well as the middle of the soft serve, while blended flavors mix in at the spout.

The Soft & Go Plus model 151 countertop pressurized frozen treat machine produces soft ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, smoothies and frozen cocktails. Suitable for operations with limited space. A multilanguage, multifunctional panel communicates mix temperature, consistency and status. A visual alarm alerts when mix is low, defrost is needed, the door is open or when the unit is in cleaning mode. 

The C111-37 soft-serve countertop freezer has a compact design and includes a touch-screen display. The unit features a 1.6-gallon capacity and a built-in cup/cone sensor. The machine’s point-of-sale features are backlit and customizable.

The 153 Plus twin twist countertop pump machine offers standard features and options to save time, labor and cost while enhancing the texture and consistency of frozen dessert products. Each cylinder can operate independently, with two beater motors and separate cooling systems for simultaneous production.

Pastomaster HE pasteurizers have received 3-A certification, along with the UL and NSF approvals, for frozen dessert production. Working with a variety of mixtures and bases, the unit can create ice cream, custard, gelato, sorbet and Italian ice. Two models are available with tank capacities of 62 or 127 quarts.
